Daniel Zubrik

Daniel is a serial Entrepreneur, with 20 years of successful experience in business creation and profitability. His professional background includes software development and online marketing, and is a particularly strong leader, with great attention to detail, and solid technical expertise. His last company, Otherside Inc., was acquired for a six figure amount from a publicly listed company in the UK.

He has since entered the mortgage finance space and has been successfully investing in non-performing residential mortgage loans, producing significant absolute returns. Daniel has been able to build strong sourcing and business-to-business relationships in the mortgage industry, which has enabled much of his non-performing loan success to date.

Mark Fontanilla

Mr. Fontanilla provides investment strategy, market analysis, and insight on the mortgage loan and securities markets, along with leading the development of the firm's mortgage-related analytic capabilities. Mr. Fontanilla has more than 18 years of experience in residential mortgages and has worked in both capital markets and mortgage banking.

In capital markets, he most recently a senior fixed income marketing strategist at Fannie Mae, and was also a publishing mortgage research analyst at Wells Fargo Securities, and a senior trader at Royal Bank of Canada Capital Markets trading RMBS, ABS and CMBS. In mortgage banking, he was on the executive team at Champion Mortgage, a Division of KeyBank NA, as Director of Risk and Portfolio Management. Mr. Fontanilla holds a B.S. in finance and an MBA, with a concentration in finance and economics, from Penn State University.
